Pricing Transparency

At The Parlour we strive to provide you with an accurate and transparent pricing structure. Please note that prices may vary based on the length and density of your hair. All prices listed are inclusive of GST. It's important to note that color services do not include a cut and finish. We are happy to provide you with a personalized quote during your consultation with one of our talented stylists.

Heath and saftey

The health and safety of our clients and staff is of the utmost importance. We strictly adhere to industry regulations and standards set by our suppliers and accrediting bodies. For your comfort and protection, we request that clients refrain from bringing children to appointments due to the presence of chemicals, sharp tools, and hot equipment. If this request is not honored, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment for another day.

During your visit, we take extra care to protect your personal belongings by providing gowns, towels, and implementing strict cleaning protocols. However, we cannot guarantee that accidents will not occur, and we do not hold liability for any damage to personal items from our products or services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Cancellation policy

Less than 48 hours notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a fee of 50% of the service value will be charged.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 75% of the service value will be charged.

No-shows and non-arrivals: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification, a fee of 100% of the service value will be charged.

Covid-19: We understand that there may be concerns regarding the spread of the virus. However, as measures have been put in place to ensure the safety of our clients and staff, we will no longer accept Covid-19 as a valid reason for last-minute cancellations.


Children: We understand that sometimes it can be challenging to arrange for childcare, but for the safety of both children and stylists, and to provide a relaxing experience for all clients, we kindly request that children not accompany clients to appointments at the salon. If a client does arrive with a child or baby, please understand that we may have to consider it a missed appointment and apply the relevant charges.

We kindly request that you respect our cancellation policy and provide us with adequate notice in the event of a change in plans. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to help!
