Cancellation Policy: We kindly request that you respect our cancellation policy and provide us with adequate notice in the event of a change in plans. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the service value. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 75% of the service value will be charged. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification, a fee of 100% of the service value will be charged. Pricing Transparency: At The Parlour, we strive to provide you with an accurate and transparent pricing structure. Please note that prices may vary based on the length and density of your hair. All prices listed are inclusive of GST. It's important to note that color services do not include a cut and finish. We are happy to provide you with a personalized quote during your consultation with one of our talented stylists.
Health and Safety: The health and safety of our clients and staff is of the utmost importance. We strictly adhere to industry regulations and standards set by our suppliers and accrediting bodies. During your visit, we take extra care to protect your personal belongings by providing gowns, towels, and implementing strict cleaning protocols. However, we cannot guarantee that accidents will not occur, and we do not hold liability for any damage to personal items from our products or services. New Customers: All new customers require a consultation and patch test prior to any color services with us. This is to ensure that we can provide you with the best possible service and results.
Service Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your service at The Parlour. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment. We may offer to revise the work but do not offer refunds.
Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are available for purchase and make a wonderful gift for someone special. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given.
Social Media: We love to share our work on social media, and we may take photos during your appointment to use on our website or social media platforms. If you do not wish to have your photo taken or shared, please let us know. We will always ask for your permission before posting any photos of you.
Children: For the safety of both children and stylists, and to provide a relaxing experience for all clients, we kindly request that children not accompany clients to appointments at the salon. If a client does arrive with a child or baby, please understand that we may have to consider it a missed appointment and apply the relevant charges.
